From her Pilates workouts to her yoga diaries, Masaba never ceases to inspire us to start taking better care of our health. Each of the fitness inspiration photos on Masaba’s Instagram page makes us seem extremely horrible. The fashion designer is a firm believer in giving her fitness program her whole attention and vigor. Masaba will accept no justification for skipping her training.
Masaba uploaded a video of her midweek workout routine on Tuesday, and it appears to be really intense. The designer began her day with a set of pull-ups while being assisted by a Pilates resistance band and being watched over by her trainer. She can then be seen switching to using a gym ball for exercise. Masaba’s exercise program consisted of running while carrying the gym ball, tossing it at her trainer, and then scooping it up off the ground. Then, Masaba may be seen honing her lateral run and weighted lunges. Masaba claimed in the video that she is addicted to working out and that being fit enables her to make wiser judgments.
