In a recent filthy Halloween video that she released on the app, the 31-year-old model and actor were seen wandering around the streets of New York City while wearing all-black, cleavage-baring clothing. She dressed as a seductive cowboy for the Halloween festival, finishing the appearance with a handbag and a cowboy hat.

In the comments, the singer Halsey praised the model’s toned body and inquired about her “routine,” to which Ratajkowski replied, “Just eating well! never skip meals! a joyful girl

Ratajkowski revealed to InStyle in March 2020 how she takes care of herself and exercises. She said that she “does not rise with the sun to meditate, drink lemon water, and hit the gym.”

She had previously stated, “The class atmosphere works really, very well for me. I’m one of those people that, if I go to the gym by myself, there’s a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself.”

Returning to Ratajkowski’s remark about not skipping meals, experts claim that it is actually a beneficial strategy for maintaining a healthy weight.

Deanne Panday, a wellness expert, and author had previously said the same on Instagram, writing: “Sometimes it seems like the simplest method to lose weight is to just skip meals. why not What possible damage could there possibly be in occasionally skipping breakfast, lunch, or dinner? The doctor went on to say that, among other things, missing meals can cause your metabolism to slow down and your blood sugar levels to fall.
