Fitness tip: Try Masaba Gupta’s arm exercise to feel the “burn”

Apoorv Mathur, her fitness coach, posted on Instagram, “Use a weight that you can sustain for a long time – don’t be deceived by the simplicity of this programme, I assure this one.

Masaba Gupta excels in all areas of the industry—fashion, beauty, acting, and fitness. In light of this, the designer, who frequently updates her followers on her workout progress, was once more spotted establishing training objectives, this time with her “arm day” regimen. The Masaba Masaba singer was spotted rehearsing “The Burn” in an Instagram post from her trainer, Apoorv Mathur, who described it as his “top favourite with practically everyone I train!” He also advised people to attempt her “arm day finisher” if they “enjoy the feeling of muscles on fire.”

Masaba, who was holding weights, performed a variety of arm exercises in the video, including a 15-second side raise, a 15-second front raise, a 30-second rear delt fly, a 30-second hammer curl, and a 30-second skull crusher.

Use a weight that you can maintain for a long time; do not be misled by the seeming ease of this exercise programme; I can assure you that it is effective.

Masaba had previously posted another exercise video where she emphasised the need to “keep moving.” “You must continue moving. I’ve put everything ahead of me for months – Masaba Masaba/Lovechild/House of Masaba but it’s time to get back to regular programming,” she added, adding that she has been struggling to maintain her fitness routine. “I just did not have it in me to work out with everything I have been trying to do in the last two weeks,” she captioned the post.

The designer-actor was seen in the video stretching on a yoga mat before jumping into plank positions.

Masaba was earlier seen crushing a workout with her trainer. World Health Day greetings! The greatest asset you’ve been given, your body, is something you should start investing in today (or whenever),” she wrote in the description of the photo.

The designer may be seen working out with combat ropes and a medicine ball in another film of this type. Masaba had captioned the video, “No meeting, no shoot, no event would get in the way of my morning workout.
