The reason Jennifer Aniston prefers to keep a cooler in her car was revealed when she opened up about her eating habits. The 53-year-old celebrity confessed that she keeps her favorite food in a cooler in her car, which is useful while she is “driving about all day” in an interview with E! News.

“Right before my workout, I’ll have a small amount of a bar, then another small amount right after, and I’ll be completely satisfied until lunch. If I’m going around all day, I generally have my cooler in the vehicle, and I’ll eat it on the way home so I don’t get too hungry and eat bad food or too much,” she continued.

The Friends actor claims that, especially on warmer days, the cooler prevents her protein bars from melting into a “disaster.” She explained, “The cooler happened because I’ve learned my lesson. “I frequent bars. I really enjoy protein bars. It’s fantastic to have a day-only item that you can easily take, toss in your bag, and use. Aniston claimed that she also carries chilled water, vitamins, and protein bars in her cooler.

Aniston Discloses Her Morning Schedule

Jennifer Aniston also discussed her daily routine, which includes morning meditation. I simply sit down in front of a small altar, she continued, placing her feet firmly on the ground. If I’m not around, I simply find a place for it. And I simply have to complete it, whether it takes five or ten minutes.

The “The Morning Show” host said she tries to “listen to [her] body” when exercising. For instance, if her body tells her to run, she follows through with “45 minutes of cardio” before switching it up with different exercises, like pilates, which she says she is currently “loving” these days. She continued, “I’m liking Pilates because I feel like I’m getting a lot for my money since there’s almost a contemplative feeling that I have.

Aniston has already talked about the value of maintaining a healthy diet. She described how leaving her childhood home allowed her to eat whatever she wanted and how she ultimately learned to be “mindful” of what she ate in an interview with Shape in November 2021. “My mother was an absolute health nut. Coming to my house as a kid was not enjoyable because the food tasted like cardboard.

“When I first moved out, I stocked my fridge with tastier food than I ever had before, along with other garbage. I eventually began to feel awful. And I looked terrible,” she added. “I visited a dietician and discovered that my mother had been helping me. I vowed to pay attention to what I put in my body,” she continued.
