The fact that Kriti Sanon adores Pilates is well known. As a result, the 31-year-old was recently spotted practicing various Pilates techniques to improve her fitness levels.
Her trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, showed a clip of her workout from when she was getting ready for her film Bachchhan Pandey and praised her perseverance and determination.

A Pilates reformer is a bed-like device with a flat surface that moves back and forth on wheels, for the uninitiated. A reformer’s carriage platform is connected to it by a series of springs, allowing the practitioner to alter the resistance of the carriage in accordance with their strength and body weight.
