Taapsee Pannu states, “I don’t have cheat days; chole bhature, kachori, gelato ice cream, and malai gehwar are all acceptable in my diet.”
No cheat days; chole bhature, kachori, gelato ice cream, and malai gehwar are allowed in my diet, says Taapsee Pannu.
“Eating should only be done when and in moderation; one should not overeat”
Tapsee Pannu, who lives in New Delhi, enjoys chole bhature, gelato, and pastries but doesn’t think of cheat days. The performer, who gained notoriety for transforming into an athlete in “Rashmi Rocket,” said she preferred a healthy diet combined with exercise.
According to Pannu, who adamantly denies using steroids or drugs to achieve an athletic physique for her role in the film, she overcame a slow metabolism by leading a balanced lifestyle that included a seasonally appropriate diet, regular exercise, and adequate rest.
“Since my diet contains everything, there are no cheat days in it. Even if I don’t like sweet things, it has room for chole bhature, kachori, and gelato ice cream in addition to cakes. Every time I visit Jaipur, I also eat malai ghewar. Therefore, it just comes down to when and how much you eat; avoid overindulging, Pannu advised in an interview with Indian Express.
Pannu added that she gets her full eight hours of sleep each night to feel healthy and energized.
When people ask me how to lead a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t only involve exercise, I reply that you need to get enough sleep. I enjoy getting eight hours of sleep because it resets my day. Eat your last meal before 7 pm and avoid eating too late at night, advised Pannu.
