The duo can be seen working toward their big fitness objectives by combining bodyweight exercises like squats, crunches, and lunges with weights.

Working out by yourself might be monotonous, and on those days, all you could want is a supportive workout partner. That not only facilitates exercise but also adds enjoyment to your routine. Therefore, take a cue from newlyweds Karishma Tanna and Varun Bangera, who routinely serve enormous couple workout objectives, if you’re seeking some entertaining companion workouts.

The actor recently shared a video on Instagram in which she and Varun can be seen working out the core with dumbbells.

The pair began their workout session with dumbbell squats and then lunges, both of which were also done with dumbbells. Following some simple bending stretches, the duo showed off some leg lifts. They performed some core exercises to finish their training, including dumbbell crunches and dumbbell side lateral raises.

The duo was earlier seen setting fitness objectives as they engaged in a variety of bodyweight exercises, such as squat leaps, burpees, spider lunges, and ab exercises with a medicine ball.

Partner exercises can keep you motivated and make exercise more enjoyable. Sameera Chetia, a certified fitness trainer, said in a previous interview with indianexpress.com that “even if one person feels like giving up, another can push harder to complete the routine,” which not only helps the routine get done but also improves partner communication, trust, and compatibility.
