To evaluate how your body responds, try lifting a mix of various weights and performing some repetitions. Add more reps and heavier weights once you’re comfortable. “These exercises can help with muscle growth. Muscles are energy-hungry tissues that use up more energy even when they are at rest (calories). A diet rich in protein gives the body the building blocks required for muscle growth. Fruits and vegetables shouldn’t, however, be overlooked. A healthy diet is essential in this case. A good night’s sleep gives the muscles time to recover. Additionally, it fosters the ideal conditions for the release of hormones that burn fat, he added.
