In their 40s, women go through the perimenopause era. Because of the significant fluctuation in hormone levels during this time, a woman’s body experiences a number of difficulties, including anxiety and despair.
Women are more vulnerable to ovarian and bone health problems beyond the age of 40. Additionally, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke are all more likely to affect women.
Rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease, is also more common in women around this age.
In addition to this, women are more likely to experience problems with an overactive bladder, perimenopausal symptoms, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, and cardiac problems due to aging and various internal biological changes.
